The Furna Vaporizer comes with everything you need to pack, and maintain your device. The funnel and multitool give a great packing experience and the multitool and brush are used for cleaning the ovens. Check out the complete kit details on the Furna Vaporizer Product page
For packing and cleaning check out the Furna Vaporizer Quick Start Guide. When you pack though, you can put up to 0.3g of material in. We recommend 0.25g for the best draw.
When packing the vaporizer, pack the material tightly and just under the bottom edge of the funnel.
The Furna vaporizer heats up very quickly, and will also cool down quickly when it isn't being moved. Just move the device to go back into heating mode.
When using the Furna Concentrate Oven, we recommend using 10 - 20 mg of material - about the size of a grain of rice up to the size of a lentil. Simply remove the mouthpiece and drop the concentrate directly on to the ceramic heater inside.
When using the Concentrate Oven, the vaporizer will switch into a warming state after being powered on, to ensure it is ready for vaporization. Be careful when selecting a warming temperature, as some concentrates will start to vaporize at wattages as low as 5 W.
When you're ready to draw, press the button on the side of the vaporizer (Button 1) and it will quickly apply your chosen wattage. Press and hold to keep vaporizing, or press briefly and control your draw.
For more information check out the concentrate oven user guide.
In order to prevent the ovens from overheating, the device may go into a "Cool" state after 10 minutes of continuous use. You can swap ovens and continue to use the device or wait until the oven has cooled sufficiently for another session. It usually only takes about 60 seconds.
Removing the oven means it will cool faster but careful when removing any oven, but especially careful when removing an oven in the cool mode as they will be hot.
When the Furna Vaporizer is at temperature, we recommend consistent controlled draws. It's natural to feel some air resistance as you draw through the cooling coil giving you the best flavor and vapor feel.
Ensure when drawing your lips are around the vapor path sitting on the mouthpiece, not covering the opening.
The Furna Vaporizer comes with a non-replaceable, rechargeable, 3500mAh Lithium-ion battery. Charging time from 0% (completely dead battery) to 100% (Fully charged) varies depending on the power source but can take up to 2.5 hours.
If the device does not have enough power to be used, the 0% battery symbol will be shown and then the device will turn off again.
Please Note: Portable electronics containing Lithium Ion batteries present rare, but potentially serious safety hazards. Never leave your Furna Vaporizer in a car where extreme temperatures are common. Only charge the Furna Vaporizer at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C or 50°F and 95°F.
The Furna Vaporizer and accessories are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Units will be repaired if possible or replaced. Please contact us is you are experiencing any issues or would like to return your products.

Some code are simple and usually just need a little cleaning to resolve. Others require our help. Here's a list of the codes and what they all mean:
The oven ID isn't recognized
This shouldn't happen but could if the oven was dropped repeatedly and something broke, or you bought an oven from a non-approved vendor. If this happens contact out support team (info@getfurna.com)
Low oven resistance
This means the oven will not heat up the way it should. Contact our support team and we'll run through some trouble shooting with you. (info@getfurna.com)
High oven resistance
Most of the time this is solved by wiping the contact points for the oven. For the dry herb oven, just wipe the contacts with a little bit of isopropyl alcohol. For cleaning the internal contacts, use a q-tip with some alcohol.
For the Concentrate oven, wipe the contacts in the same way as the dry herb oven, as well as wiping the bottom of the concentrate heater, and the contacts inside the oven. If it does not resolve with cleaning, contact support (info@getfurna.com)
Low oven current
Most of the time this is solved by wiping the contact points for the oven. For the dry herb oven, just wipe the contacts with a little bit of isopropyl alcohol. For cleaning the internal contacts, use a q-tip with some alcohol.
For the Concentrate oven, wipe the contacts in the same way as the dry herb oven, as well as wiping the bottom of the concentrate heater, and the contacts inside the oven. If it does not resolve with cleaning, contact support (info@getfurna.com)
High oven current
Your oven may be damaged. This prevents the oven from over heating. Refrain from using this oven and contact support (info@getfurna.com)
High oven temperature
For some reason, the oven temperature has exceeded the safe temperature. Refrain from using this oven and contact support (info@getfurna.com)
High CPU temperature
The vaporizer temperature is too hot. If you're using the vaporizer in a very hot environment for extended periods of time this may happen. If the CPU over heats it can damage the product or create unexpected results. This error shuts down the device until it reaches a safe temperature. If the problem persists, contact support (info@getfurna.com)
